Extremely Laggy in 1.14.1

The village I live in is a normal scale village with around 20 villagers. I also have a zombie mob farm and literally nothing else. But when I eat, it takes around 4 seconds and golems/mobs/villagers all walk really slow due to the lag. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just my computer?
