Dispenser Is not making sounds

What I expected to happen was...:

The dispenser to make a noise When its shot out an item

What actually happened was...:

It did not make a noise and was silent 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I Made a dispenser clock
2. Put items in 
3. and it shot them out but it was silent
