4 bugs in java edition

If a wither kills a mob it drops a wither rose. that's normal. but when gamerule doMobLoot, doEntityDrops, and doTileDrops are turned off, the mob still drops a wither rose when killed by a wither. Wandering Traders won't run away from Ravangers, and will try to run at the Ravanger when hurt by the ravanger. Vexes won't attack wandering traders even though Wandering traders run from Vexes. And when i used the resource pack for the original textures the resource pack was not still activated when i closed the minecraft window and opened it again.
