Evokers attack range is broken

Illagers can attack you even if you are out of their attack range.

How to reproduce:

1-summon many evokers and make sure that you are out of their attack range.
example:
use this command many times to summon many evokers:
/summon evoker ~ ~ ~28

2-use a snowball or egg or an arrow to attack one of them.
3-you'll see that they can attack you even if you are out of their attack range.
