Achievement glitch

I've been trying to get the achievement for breeding all the animals, and even though I have bred donkeys, it isn't saying that I have and it wont give me the achievement. I have also been trying to get the achievement for killing two phantoms with a piercing arrow, and even though I have killed multiple phantoms with a piercing arrow, it won't let me get the achievement. My friend got the achievement for phantoms, but she is also having a problem with the breeding one. I don't know if multiple achievements are glitched or just these two
