Players only gets 7 1/2 levels of XP upon collecting XP after death

When the player collects XP orbs after their death, they always recieve 7 1/2 levels no matter how high of a level they were (as long as it was more than 7 1/2).

The player could have 100+ but only gets back 7 1/2 when they regain their levels.
