Command Block not work - mode repeat - always active

After Update from 1.14 to 1.14.1 the Command Blocks

In Mode: Repeat, always active

The command will not executed. I have to set the Command Block again and add the same command into the block. => The Command is running.

Problem: If I open the world again, still the same behaviour. The command will not run !
