Minecraft Internet blockage

I normally start up mincraft, but when I get to multiplayer, all the servers say "Host name not found" I know this usually is a problem with the internet, but my internet is fine until minecraft opens, which it seems to ruin my computer's connection.

What I expected to happen was...:

I expected minecraft to open and have immediate connections to any server, no problems.

What actually happened was...:

Minecraft seemed to have turned off the connection on my computer when I open it, but the launcher is fine..

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open minecraft 1.14.1
2. Open multiplayer
