No Enchantment Bar

I just updated to the newest snapshot and the enchantment bar disappeared. I opened it in 1.5.1 and the enchantment bar appeared. Than I opened it in 13w18c and it wasn't there. I opened another survival seed and the enchantment bar disappeared again. Please Help!!!
