No Illager patrols spawning

I have currently spent well over 200+ hours in a current game of single-player survival. I am on hard mode, and from reading the wiki, I have a 20% chance of a illager patrol every 5-6 minutes. I have now been inside two different villages for a combined total of 10+ in-game days.

 

I have seen only one patrol. This was when I first found a village when I had 100+ hours. However, I did not initiate a raid because I knew I did not have the proper tools.
