Breaking trees caused micro stuttering.

Every time I break a log in a tree I get Micro Stutters on my game that progressively gets worse and worse depending on how many logs I break. This doesn't affect my FPS at first because it happens so fast it can't recognize it. It gets very very annoying especially since wood is a much needed item in the game. I know in 1.13 I believe the leaves switched to detection of how close it is to logs instead of natural vs. placed. I think this may be the cause, however I have only noticed it in the 1.14 update.
