Placing water using water bucket is causing lag spikes

Placing water using water bucket or via commands is causing weird lag spikes. Tried multiple times as after loading up the world I was met with a low ms gameplay. After restarting the game I again tried the same but I was met with the same lag.

Ways to reproduce:Set up a chain command blocks placing water (atleast 10 blocks)
