Villagers wont renew their trades

Villagers where working fine in 1.14 but stopped using their workplace since the update. Villagers with trades dont renew, jobless villagers won't get a job.

Things I tried

• Replacing workplace
• Breeding new villagers
• Waiting +- 10 ingame days
