Blocks lag and dont get mined fast like other bersion

Okay, on the version 1.14.1...

The blocks dont mine as fast, because when I mine them it lags out for a few seconds (5 to 10 seconds) and this makes me irritated if i find ores and theres mobs chasing me.

Usually this isnt a big deal, since i dont mine alot but it makes me really angry when i try to free up space for my home and other stuff.

Please fix this bug!
