Enchantments on crossbow don't work

I tried to light up a campfire with an arrow.

But when I shot a crossbow with Flame it did not catch fire. It turned out that the arrow does not burn at all when fired from it. Also, Infinity does not work with the crossbow either, my arrows were spent charging, while with the bow both enchantments work fine and the campfire can be set on fire.

But when you shoot through lava an arrow can light up.
