I cant move at all, only can break things

all i do is join a world. my keys arent broke or anything. i cant move, or jump. i can only break things. this happens in realms and in singleplayer. re installing fixed it for a while, then it just comes back. Had to re install again, but it didnt work. i cant play the game.
