Item bug

Pickaxe magically disappeared when I accidentally pressed Q. I dug underground but no sign of it ever came. This has happened before, but then it reappeared after some 5 minutes on the ground. Possibly the most unmotivating bug to lose your pickaxe with all the best enchantments on, when hours upon hours have been spent trying to get a tool that good, all because of some stupid shit like this. Please look into it.
