Can't trade for an enchanted book from villager

What I expected to happen was...:
I would obtain the enchanted book through the trade

What actually happened was...:
It would "act" like it was leveling up the villager, but i wouldn't get the book or the increased level for the viilager

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to trade with a villager for an enchanted book
