Raining Through Earth on Realm after upgrading from 1.13.2 to 1.14.

After I joined my realm on 1.14, it started raining indoors. This isnt like MC-139017 though because they opened their world after upgrading from a snapshot. I opened my realm after it was in 1.13.2. My realm was never opened in a 1.14 snapshot so I don't know what caused the rain to go through the roof. Screenshot below.
