Multiplayer MOTD/Query Displays Wrong Info

What I expected to happen was it to display the correct MOTD/Query:

What actually happened was is displayed the wrong query, for a different server.:

Steps to Reproduce:
No Steps, just happens 95% of the time.

I can send you my servers.dat file if needed.

In the picture, mcctf.com is displaying the MOTD and User Count for the Survival Games Server.
