Strange block

I found a savanna village and on top of a house there was an orange terracotta block among the acacia planks. See image below.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a default world with the seed 8689861349976835674. You will spawn among a plains, a desert and a savanna with a village.
2. Go to x 115 y 80 z 244. The block underneath you isn't an acacia plank. It's an orange terracotta.
