Minecraft Freezes in Place

When I hop on to Minecraft and boot up the launcher, everything works fine. But when I actually try to enter a world/server or change some settings, it freezes up and doesn't respond at all. I tried deleting the .Minecraft folder, uninstalling the launcher and reinstalling it, deleting  all my mods, getting the latest version of java, and just leaving it run on for hours but no response. I can reproduce it as many times as I want (on the versions I've tried) and it does not generate a crash report for me. I was just trying to load in my worlds but it just seems to stay in place. I just hope to be able to get on my world again and be able to play. I've searched on this issue but none of them seem to be like mine.
