When A Raid occurs in my village, it triggers between 4-8 raids at once.

I am trying to play the new update and create a good village for my villagers. The problem is that I have experience two sets of raids now. Both of which have triggered between 4-8 raids all at once. I have had 100+ mods swarming my village in both of these two raid. I don't know if this is a bug or not but if not, this is really unenjoyable when I'm just starting in a new world. I can handle one raid but the fact that 4 to 8 trigger at once is insane.
