Destroying trees causes lag spikes + Jungle biome lag

Often when you break a log you get a lag spike. You only get these spikes if you stand under the tree and remove the top logs. Its with all types of logs. As shown in the video. Sadly i can't upload the video here?

 

I know that there are already several people who have reported the same bug. But they say its resolved. While in MC 1.14.1 it is still a bug

 

I also experienced that when you go in a jungle your FPS drops so enormously that it is no longer playable
