i can see in between blocks, if the sun is setting and i look at mountain i see a lot of orange dots

Ive tried restarting the game, took all of my texture packs off and nothing changed. If this is a bug it needs to be fixed. 

update- I reinstalled the game and have been to multiple servers and still hasn't changed.
