Bad reputation doesn't dissapear after trading several times

I reported this bug a couple days ago but for some reason one of the mods closed because "it was a suggestion, and suggestions don't go in the minecraft bug reporter" but it was a bug and I was reporting it, so I don't have any idea how it could be seen as a suggestion.
