Stops responding after loading or deleting worlds and sometimes on launch

Minecraft crashes on launch or when interacting with a save. I have found a solution where you "end task" the launcher when it stops responding. Unsure how to get a bug report. Please provide instructions how. If this is not a bug, I sincerely apologize for wasting your time.
