1.14 Campfire Visual Bug

After Placing a campfire in front of a waterfall I made, The Smoke graphics appear to be behind the water even though I am standing in front of the campfire.

I thought the Smoke would be closer to me than the water is. However, the Smoke looks as if it is behind the water.

1. Create a pool of water and/or a column of flowing water.
2. Place down a campfire a little distance away.
3. Wait for the smoke to start and look at the water and smoke layering.
