Stuck on Obsidian Platform after using End Gateway

I am playing on realm and searching for elytra.

I found an End gateway and I used an end pearl into it.

then teleported to obsidian platform but I couldn't move at all.

the screen keep shaking up and down.

I couldn't break the obsidian because I don't have diamond pickaxe.

when I pressed shift I can see I myself lying using inventory screen.

Logging out and in didn't help me at all. I am now permanently stuck unless I change my mode to creative and make my escape.
