Some Textures Refuse To Change Their Textures In A Texture Pack

Basically, I Try To Retexture Barrels And Rails And Basically They Don't Change Their Texture To The Texture That I Made This Is Very Annoying Because I Really Want To Retexture Those Blocks. I Hope You Fix This Annoying Bug.
