Bugued Redstone Stuff

In 1.14 (Java Edition) Some of the redstone blocks doesn't works at block updates, like observers, comparators... A very big bug because every redstone system got broken for this bug, I don't have a Screenshot at the moment but, for example: I was trying to make an automatic Mob Farm but the Observers doesn't work, I stopped here because this very very weird bug stop my progress, I hope u fix this in 1.14.1, Try to replicate the bug...
