chunks with horse saddle item frames are overwritten on unpdate

Any chunk in which you had a horse saddle in an item frame (from a previous snapshot) will be reverted to seed upon opening the world with 13w18b.

I cannot determine the cause, but I seem to have had other chunks revert as well.
