Chunks got scrambled, is there a resolution? Don't have a backup.

Basically my computer crashed whilst in the middle of playing minecraft, so I turned my PC off through the physical power button on my PC. When I loaded my world again all the chunks were scrambled including the one where all my chests were and I can't find them anywhere. I've got the error report so is there a way to turn the chunks back to normal? Thanks.
