all mobs and blocks seem to appear white, light blue, dark blue and a sheer red

So while i was playing a modded survival i played around with texture packs and i noticed that some blocks and all mobs/animals appeared white, light blue, dark blue or red, i took some mods and texture packs and removed them but it's still happening, i have also found out that this problem also occurs with drops as there is a sheer white box around them, while searching if anyone else had this problem the only result that i saw was the bug that had the white box around drops, i've googled everything possible but nothing works.
