When opening Menu and closing fast, you cant open any GUI {Chests, Crafting tables, ect}

Closing and opening the menu (ESC) fast makes you that you cant open any chest, crafting table. etc. for a second or two,

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the GUI to appear instantly.

What actually happened was...:
The GUI didn't appear for a few seconds.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press ESC twice fast
2. Immediately try to open a chest or a crafting table
