A villages can't be destroyed

In one of my save file,there's still an artifical village that can't be destroyed.Even use TNT destroyed all of it

Steps to Reproduce:
Sorry I can't successful reproduce this bug.These are all the things I know.

1.This save file was originally played in the 1.13.

2.For some reason, I found that that's local could refresh the cat before place any blocks.At first I didn't care.

3.Finally, when I tested artifical village's defense capabilities, I found this BUG.
