Cobblestone walls generate weird at the entrance of village/taiga/houses/taiga_library_1

The entrance of the Taiga library has 2 cobblestone walls which have torches upon them. - There is a jigsaw block which generates between them, but when the jigsaw block turns to air, the walls look like they are still connected to it when generated in.
