Opening a villager's trading interface always reduces the trading prices if the villager is in water

The bug

If a villager is swimming in water, every time a player opens the villager's trading interface, the villager will reduce its prices.

To reproduce

1. Get a villager with a profession
2. Unlock most of its trades
3. Lure the villager into water
4. Open its trading GUI repeatedly
5. The prices will decrease every time the UI is opened

In water,if the player opens the villagers'trading interface many times, the villagers' trading price will be reduced, even to 1 emerald.
