Chorus plants break if the air around them is replaced with structure void

How to reproduce:

• plant a chorus flower on end stone
• replace all air blocks next to the chorus plant with structure void blocks using a command similar to this one: /fill ~8 ~10 ~8 ~-8 ~-10 ~-8 structure_void replace air

This bug makes it hard to save structures containing chorus plants with structure blocks.
