Lag

Since update on single player world I have experienced severe lag. The world seems to be trying to load everything (and in my unexperienced opinion) including non-player-populated chunks.

I experience loading issues and severe block lag. I have tried adjusting video settings including viewing distance and lowered all the extra effects to minimum or off with no avail.
