Value of farmland moisture is still 0 in old words

Value of farmland moisture is still 0. But only on old worlds generated before1.14. . If I generate new map on 1.14 then it's all right. I tried to optimized world (with cache delete too) but without effect.

The farmland blocks generated before 1.14 version are OK.
