Creative Menu Texture

What I expected to happen was...:
The Creative Menu should be normal.

What actually happened was...:
The texture on the background of the icons in the menu turned white

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to minecraft 1.14
2. Make a new world
3. Open the creative menu
