Error loading chunks

We have a server just for 3 or 4 people, created using the 1.13.2 jar, then we have replaced with the new one as soon as the 1.14 was released.
After that we noticed some lag spikes only in some chunks when interacting with objects, and errors loading chunks (example walking in the air because the blocks weren't loaded correcly yet).
