Sounds added with 1.14 sounds don't play

The bug

Multiple players have reported that some sounds that have been added in 1.14 don't work. This includes the following sounds:

• Bell sounds
• Fox sounds
• Ravager sounds
• New noteblock sounds

In MC-150587 it was also noted that translations haven't been updated either, suggesting this is an issue with the wrong assets folder being used or assets not being downloaded properly.

Bell sound don't work

When i rung the bell it doesn't make sound

And the villagers behavior did not change
