Can't Press Key Again to Close Inventory

When using a custom keybinding for inventory, you cannot press it again to close the inventory.

What I expected to happen was...:
Press the inventory key again to close it.

What actually happened was...:

When using a custom keybinding for inventory, you cannot press it again to close the inventory.

When using the default "e" binding, this issue is not a problem.

You can open the inventory but you cannot close it again without pressing escape.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change inventory key binding to something other than "E"
2. Open inventory with custom binding
3. Press binding again, nothing will happen
