Potion particles don't leave after death and when no effect is given

When dying to a cave spider while having the poison effect, the particles did not leave after respawning, even when the effect was cleared (from death). Dying a second times sometimes removes the particles.

 

This bug also happens with fire sometimes. I am not 100% sure if this doesn't happen with other computers and may just be from lag or a bad computer.

The picture shows particle effects with no effect that is given/applied.
