Removed by Operator

I was using my server when another player mentioned a rollback which resulted in a loss of items. Shortly after, I was kicked from the server and received a message saying something like removed by operator, but i'm the only operator on my server. now, we are both experiencing being kicked out every 3 to 5 minutes and rubberbanding concerning position in the world and items within the server
