lighting breaks when i enter my base and the surrounding area by nether portal or when i log back on.

What I expected to happen was...:
it would be fine.

What actually happened was...:
when i walked out of the nether or logged in every light source dint work lanterns, glow-stone, torches. it could spawn mobs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. i have no idea but ill try my best.
2. my base is under water.
3. its on a sever don't know it helps.
4. it seems to fix it when i update the torches but it still happens.
