minecraft blocks have ghost outline

just recently started play 1.14 and noticed the block outline having a ghosting affect i haven't seen this before and made sure all of my software is up to date and still persisted i have attached a video of the anomaly and all of my setting inside of minecraft but its to big of a file any way i could submit this?
