Bonus chests, which are generated with the option 'Bonus chest' enabled, sometimes generate one block above the ground, with torches missing.

Recently I started a new world with the newest update for Java Edition, 1.14. I have hit Bonus Chests as being enabled, so that it would generate a bonus chest (which I normally do). Normally it generates near the spawn point, on the ground, with 4 torches surrounding it. This time, however, the same thing happened, but, it generated above ground, with the 4 torches strangely missing. Maybe it was a bug, but, I think it was caused by the generation itself.
